Paediatric Seminar held at The Parker Clinic - August 2012
A very successful paediatric seminar was held at the clinic for chiropractors in the Bristol area.  We were lucky to get Elizabeth Davidson to share her experiences and extensive knowledge of chiropractic paediatrics.
Nina attends more specialised Seminars on the Neurodevelopment of Children and Paediatric Chiropractic - July 2012
Nina has such a thirst for knowledge on all things related to chiropractic paediatrics. She has been travelling the country attending conferences and increasing her (already very extensive) learning in this area.
Simon furthers his knowledge of Sports Injuries - July 2012
Simon has been attending seminars on the diagnosis and treatment of extremity (shoulder and arm, hip and leg) conditions. He's delighted to be able to apply this new knowledge to the treatment of sports injuries.
Stuart takes well-earned Break - June 2012
After 21 years working full-time, Stuart decided it was time for a sabbatical.  He took 8 weeks off and enjoyed one of the wettest summers Britain has ever seen! Luckily his new puppy doesn't care about the weather … or Stuart's ear by the looks of things!

Goodbye to Sarah who has been with us over 5 years, and a really warm welcome to Francesca who not only is a massage therapist but also has an extensive knowledge of rehabilitation. I am sure she will enjoy putting all of our patients through their paces.

Deb has been practising acupuncture since 2003. She is welcome to The Parker Clinic where we know we'll benefit from her experience and passion. She is joining her husband Al, who has been with us for the last 6 years.  Another husband/wife team.
Katriona Returns to Work after a Period of Maternity Leave – October 2011
Nuala is over one now and almost as bossy as Roisin. It's more than time for Katriona to have a break and return to work!
Nina undertakes a "Pelvic Girdle Pain and Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction Workshop" - October 2011
Nina wanted to learn a physiotherapy-style approach to the management of pelvic girdle pain (PGP) and combine it with her chiropractic skills and ten years of experience in treating pregnant women. She will be running some PGP workshops for pregnant women in 2012.
Stuart is elected to Council of the College of Chiropractors – January 2011
Stuart was delighted to accept the post of Director of Academic Affairs for a three year term. As if he wasn’t busy enough!
Nina Returns to Work – 2nd November 2010
After spending some gorgeous time at home with Ruari Nina decided she missed her other passion in life – chiropractic. She has returned part-time to the clinic and now works on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Ruari is very pleased that his mummy is having so much fun at work.  
Al completes Fertility Acupuncture Course - November 2010
Al has recently completed a postgraduate course in Acupuncture for Fertility, and also a course on treating endometriosis with acupuncture.

Jo completes advanced course on treating babies and pregnant women - October 2010
Jo really enjoyed this course and can’t wait to put into practice everything she has learnt.
New Massage Therapist – September 2010
Kirsty Lovell arrived in the clinic full of enthusiasm and passion for massage. She loves the positive impact massage can have on both physical and emotional health. Between them, she and Sarah Hoare are now able to offer massage on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Simon and Katriona’s New Daughter is born - 2nd September 2010
Welcome to baby Nuala who was born at home, she was a good size at 8lb 8oz. Roisin is delighted with her new sister and loves to give her cuddles.  Nuala is going to have to grow up a bit tough pretty fast.

Nina’s son Ruari is Born - 5th April 2010

Ruari was born at home and both Mike and Nina are terrifically proud of their new baby. He was a very healthy 9lb 11.5oz (where did Nina hide that bump?). Both mother and son are very healthy.
